Service Description

Cancellation Policy

By proceeding to payment, you agree to the Terms & Conditions 1. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. By making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 2. PAYMENT TERMS The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit. 3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit). Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. 4. RESCHEDULING We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. One complimentary reschedule is allowed; additional changes may incur a fee. 5. DELIVERY & SETUP Delivery and setup times will be agreed upon prior to the event. Please ensure clear access to the setup area. Delays caused by restricted access or incorrect details provided may result in additional charges. 6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Once the setup is completed, responsibility for all items transfers to the client. Please ensure decorations are kept in a safe environment away from sharp objects, heat, and adverse weather conditions. 7. DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT Any hired items, frames, or equipment remain the property of the business. The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft and may be charged for repair or replacement. 8. BALLOON CARE & DISCLAIMER Balloons are delicate and their lifespan depends on environmental conditions such as heat, sunlight, wind, and handling. We do not guarantee longevity once installation is complete. Outdoor setups are at the client’s risk. 9. WEATHER CONDITIONS For outdoor events, weather conditions may impact setup. We reserve the right to modify or cancel installations for safety reasons. No refunds will be provided due to weather-related issues beyond our control. 10. ACCESS & PARKING Clients must provide accurate delivery details, including access instructions and parking availability. Any additional parking or access fees will be added to the final invoice. 11. PHOTO CONSENT We reserve the right to take photographs of our work and use them for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
